Can I Place My Order Offline ?
You can place your order offline for UK Mainland orders (Free UK Delivery For Orders £20+ Or Just £1.80 For Orders Up To £19.99), Southern Ireland Postage is a set P&P charge of £4.00.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order ?
Many of the items on our site, will let you know if an item is in stock.
If the item is in stock, then delivery in the UK will usually be between 3-5 days.
Outside the UK, delivery will be between 7 and 21 days
For products that are 'Out of Stock', please use the 'Can't Find What You're Looking For' form at the bottom of each page, to let us know which product you require and we will inform you of a date when the item will be back in stock.
Are Payments Secure ?

We use PayPal (A very well established third party payment processing company), who offer the highest level of encryption for your payment.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept ?
You can shop online by adding items to your shopping cart, then use your credit, debit or Paypal Credit, to pay for goods. NOTE: You don't actually need a PayPal account to use this service.
You can also pay by using a UK cheque or UK postal order. Print the 'Offline Order Form' (From the link above), complete the form and return the form with your payment. (Address details to send payment to, are on the form').
What Guarantees Do You Offer ?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. The item(s) which you wish to return will incur a 25% re-stocking fee, to cover postage costs / payment fees. The balance of your order will be refunded as soon as the item(s) have been returned to us.
If you are not happy with any of our products, or they are damaged in any way when they arrive with you, please use the 'Contact Us' form within 3 days of delivery, to let us know of any problems. (If we don't know about it, we can't help fix it).
We will issue you with a returns number which must be labelled on the outside of the parcel. The item must be returned in it's original packaging for a refund to be issued.
Please Note: We do not refund postage charges either inwards or outbound, only the purchase costs of your returned product(s) will be refunded or exchanged.
